Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements:

* We are looking for a proactive CRM Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce CRM experience (Administrator certification is a plus). You should possess at least 3 years of experience in supporting a dynamic sales organization, with a strong financial acumen and advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. A solid understanding of commission calculations, sales compensation plans, and compensation philosophies is necessary. You should also have knowledge of traditional sales practices, CRM utilization, KPI tracking, and compensation management. Collaboration experience with sales managers, marketing, and customer success teams is essential, as is the capability to support critical sales processes like forecasting and pipeline reviews.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will support our Revenue Operations Business Partner in driving operational efficiency, best practice adoption, and project management. You will provide day-to-day operational support to sellers and sales leadership and perform observations to identify efficiency gains and process gaps. Your impact will be felt through delivering actionable data analysis aligned to our business objectives and documenting and maintaining sales processes, policies, and work instructions. Additionally, you'll act as a problem-solver and primary point of contact for sales leadership on operational complexities, while simplifying and centralizing administrative tasks to enhance the seller experience. You will also support change management initiatives and serve as a project manager for key initiatives, ensuring robust documentation and communication. Lastly, you will administer and validate sales commissions, leveraging Salesforce and collaborating with GTM Data Analytics and Revenue Operations.
