Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and supportive Botley, Oxford team. This is an excellent opportunity to take over a warm desk with existing clients and active vacancies, allowing you to generate revenue quickly while developing your own client base. We welcome applications from experienced Recruitment Consultants as well as ambitious trainees ready to progress into a full consultant role. What You’ll Be Doing As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle: Managing a warm desk with existing clients and active job vacancies Recruiting for temporary and permanent roles across social care and childcare sectors Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships Advertising vacancies and sourcing high-quality candidates Interviewing candidates and matching them to suitable roles Developing new business opportunities and expanding your client portfolio Delivering a professional, high-quality recruitment service Achieving and exceeding individual and team performance targets What We’re Looking For Essential qualities: Strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset Professional and confident telephone manner Excellent organisation and time-management skills Desire to build a long-term career in recruitment Desirable experience: Previous recruitment consultant experience (any sector) Sales, business development, or customer service experience Experience within social care, healthcare, childcare, or education recruitment We provide structured training and support depending on your experience level.
