Commercial Business Partnering Senior Associate

These individuals oversee project selection, prioritisation, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery. In project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

* Assist the Consulting business by using engagement data to provide a commercial position to assess project performance against approved targets.
* Extract, analyse and challenge data, where appropriate, to aid profitability analysis, decision making and instill best practice.
* Provide recommendations and insight into ways to improve project profitability and minimise engagement margin leakage.
* Promote and develop the commercial tools to optimise commercial coverage and enhance the profitability of the business.
* Support leadership with commercial MI to drive and improve overall performance.
* Work alongside other teams to support the commercial strategy and compliance with firmwide policies.


Qualifications

* Commercial skills and experience are preferred. Experience with commercial and project management, understanding of finance principles and project delivery lifecycle.
* Strong financial, business and commercial acumen with stakeholder engagement and management skills.
* Analytical foundations, highly numerate and problem‑solving ability. Manage multiple work assignments simultaneously alongside conflicting priorities.
* Work efficiently and effectively in a high‑pressure environment. Present and communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively via verbal and written forms.
* Challenge others to mitigate ineffective commercial decisions. Drive interactions with stakeholders to build trust quickly.
* Ability to quickly grasp new commercial models and identify key value drivers, critical assumptions and improvement opportunities. Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders with data‑driven insights.
* Ability to handle ambiguity and move forward with imperfect information in a changing environment.
* Flexible to meet changing needs, with proven leadership and coaching skills.
* Experience with or knowledge of Anaplan – a cloud‑based tool to help businesses plan and run their operations.
