About the Role: Are you a graduate Planner ready to make a real-world impact? Join a growing team delivering an innovative and essential infrastructure project that will serve millions across East Anglia. We are looking for a motivated Graduate Planner to support the programme planning of the delivery of Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure elements of our major potable water transfer project. This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively in a high-demand sector, developing this project that will protect the environment and support communities across the region. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed project programmes using planning software (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project) Monitor project progress and help identify risks, delays, or opportunities for improvement Work alongside engineers, project managers, and commercial teams to coordinate key milestones Support the production of reports, dashboards, and lookahead schedules Attend project meetings and contribute to short- and long-term planning activities Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards What We’re Looking For: A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline A genuine interest in project controls, scheduling, or infrastructure delivery Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills A proactive, detail-driven approach and a willingness to learn Full UK driving licence (or working towards it) What We Offer: Competitive graduate salary and benefits package Structured training and development programme We will support you achieve working towards your professional accreditations Real project experience from day one Why Join the Strategic Pipeline Alliance?
