Key Responsibilities
* Engage customers via telephone to understand their needs and present EE products and services that enhance their digital experience.
* Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring accurate information and records.
* Meet or exceed sales targets through consultative selling without pressure tactics.
* Build long‑term customer relationships and manage the sales lifecycle from enquiry to product recommendation.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to build rapport and ask relevant questions.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confidence in using technology and taking phone calls professionally.
* Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
