The OpportunityThis vital role supports both Finance and Operations Managers, with the workload split approximately 80/20. You’ll be working closely with contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes and compliant contract administration. Key Responsibilities:Finance (80%)
* Prepare and issue monthly invoices, including checking timesheets and Purchase Orders
* Communicate with contractors regarding payment schedules and queries
* Maintain accurate financial records for deals, placements, extensions, and commissions
* Chase client Purchase Orders and log for invoicing use
* Manage banking tasks
* Act as the super user for the timesheet recording system
Contracts & Compliance (20%)
1. Onboard contractors, conduct compliance checks and gather references
2. Draft and send contracts via AdobeSign
3. Track contract status and follow up on outstanding signatures
