The founder is passionate about working on value lead projects, they will not take on anything that compromises their strict code of ethics, and as such have great satisfaction from the work that they do. Micromanagement isn't welcome here, and everyone is rewarded on merit, with regular pay reviews, every 6 months or so.
This is a key hire for them and will help to cement their excellent reputation.

~ THE SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER ROLE:
Lead the development and execution of creative social media campaigns, with a primary focus on TikTok.
Create, edit, and publish engaging content designed to captivate and connect with target audiences.
Monitor and adapt to evolving trends, platform challenges, and algorithm shifts to maximize visibility and engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, writers, videographers, and strategists to bring brand stories to life.
Manage community interactions by responding to comments and fostering a strong, loyal following.
Track content performance and use data-driven insights to optimise future strategies.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
~2-3 years of social media experience, preferably at an agency.
~ Passionate about TikTok and up to date on trends, storytelling, and what makes content go viral.
~ Comfortable creating short-form videos; Excited about inclusive marketing and connecting with diverse audiences.
~ Strong communicator with a good sense of what's trending in digital culture.
~ Solid understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and content planning.
