YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ? Inspire and engage operatives by clearly communicating work requirements and providing hands-on guidance ? Lead by example through active involvement in cabin maintenance and repairs ? Monitor performance, ensuring high standards of quality and productivity ? Motivate teams to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets ? Communicate staff performance issues or material shortages to the Production Manager ? Work closely with tradespeople, offering practical support using general maintenance skills and power tools ?
