Home Instead builds relationships by individually matching one of our team of trained Care Professionals, to the person they support.
We never do short, sharp, task-led calls but instead visit for a minimum of 2 hours*; employing local people, the vast majority of whom drive and are specifically insured to takepeople out.
We schedule your visits with clients, every week on the same day and time, allowing your client to know who to expect and when, and for you to have a structure in your diary.
Happy to provide home help and personal care too, this tailored support is centered upon our client’s emotional and social well-being, rather than just providing a time-and-task-driven service. Home Instead Care Professionals don’t wear a uniform or have branded cars and are proud to be different.
Job Description
Part-time or Full-Time Care workers in Redhill, Reigate, Oxted, Caterham, Bletchingley, and the surrounding areas.
No experience is required as award-winning training is provided.
We are recruiting a Carers to support clients and enable them to continue living in their own homes. If you have a passion for helping peopleand a reasonable amount of free hours, then this could be the perfect role for you!
Please note: some alternate weekend availability is required for this role. Tell us what availability you have, and we will work around you.
Clients also requirepersonal care needs to be met.
In return we can offer you:
* £12.15 - £13.25 per hour for a two-hour visit, and £15.00 - £16.10* for a one-hour visit. (PLEASE NOTE: Our visits are mostly2 hours long)
* Alternate weekend availability is essential for this role.
* Access to a suitable form of transport.
* 35p - 45p per mile mileage, after your first 7 miles of your natural commuteto and fromany place of work.
