This is a full‑time, office‑based role working closely with experienced solicitors on a wide variety of disputes, ensuring matters are handled professionally from instruction to completion.
The successful candidate will have Up to 3 years’ PQE in Civil Litigation, including experience with:
* Contractual disputes
* Negligence
* Debt actions
* Commercial disputes
* Building disputes
* Misrepresentation
* Inheritance Act claims
* Contested probate claims
You will bring enthusiasm for your own development and that of the team, a commitment to integrity, and the ability to thrive under pressure as part of a collaborative group.
