Business Contribution:
Management and execution of sales and marketing strategies for the Service Line of Business (LOB) in EMEA. Manages the Service sales team, maintains key client relationships, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Shapes and executes the regional commercial strategy for products and drives revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set and meet sales and profitability targets for the Service LOB.
* Drive revenue growth by exploring new business opportunities, expanding markets, and maximizing customer value.
* Regularly report on variances to plans and forecasts.
* Monitor sales results against targets and implement corrective actions promptly.
* Support sales efforts across other Lines of Business to maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
* Develop and implement the regional service strategy.
* Collaborate with NPD and share VOC insights to develop the NPD funnel.
* Create and execute the regional service marketing plan and pricing strategies, ensuring marketing activities' effectiveness and ROI.
* Ensure market mapping and competitor analysis are conducted regularly to inform decision-making.
* Develop and track KPIs for service line performance and initiate growth initiatives.
* Manage the service commercial budget for resource allocation and cost efficiency.
* Forecast product and manpower needs and coordinate with operations to manage inventory and FST levels.
* Hire and develop a high-performing sales team aligned with Enerpac values.
* Promote a culture of accountability and teamwork within the sales team and region.
* Demonstrate commitment to safety, teamwork, ownership, agility, and integrity daily.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
* Participate proactively in M&A activities, including target funnel management, due diligence, and integration support.
Required Capabilities:
* Minimum 5 years in a senior management commercial role within EMEA.
* Experience in the EMEA oil and gas sector, especially in the North Sea, Mainland Europe, and Middle East is preferred.
* Experience working in a US corporation is advantageous.
* Degree qualification in a relevant discipline or MBA.
* Proven leadership in hiring and developing high-performing sales teams.
* Track record of achieving revenue and margin growth via strategic execution.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are beneficial.
* Ability to manage across functional boundaries in a matrix organization.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, at least a certain percentage of working time.
