Overview
We are looking for a driven Quality Technician to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK based in Bridgewater (TA6).
Salary is £35,000 per annum + 4% Bonus
* 4 on 4 off shift - 2 x Days (07:00–19:00), 2 x Nights (19:00–07:00), followed by 4 days off
* Permanent role, will consider both full-time and part-time candidates

Responsibilities
* Act as the onsite quality lead during your shift, supporting and advising Shift Managers
* Perform GMP and hygiene audits, raw material testing, and traceability checks
* Investigate product complaints and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
* Maintain accurate records, calibration schedules, and sample retention processes
* Support production trials, first production runs, and new product launches
* Promote a strong quality and food safety culture across all teams
Qualifications
* Experience as a Quality Technician in a food, beverage, pharmaceutical or FMCG environment
* Hands-on experience conducting GMP and hygiene audits, investigating non-conformances and complaints, and working to recognised quality standards such as BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000
* Confident in reviewing batch records, testing raw materials, and ensuring compliance with food safety legislation
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across production, engineering, and technical teams
