Role
We’re hiring for a Talent Acquisition Partner to build future‑ready talent pipelines that support business growth. You will partner with leaders to understand and service current and future talent needs, build and maintain a strong employer brand, and continuously improve recruitment and selection processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their growth plans and capability requirements, translating these into structured hiring plans and talent pipelines to support future growth.
* Provide regular insights on external market conditions and salary benchmarking to support hiring decisions.
* Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for office‑based roles, ensuring that high‑quality candidates are hired in line with business time‑frame requirements.
* Identify and engage passive candidates via a variety of tools to build strong relationships with potential future hires and reduce agency reliance.
* Develop and maintain talent pools aligned to business requirements to support growth plans.
* Maintain and continuously enhance effective selection processes and testing methods to ensure that hiring managers have appropriate tools to assess candidate suitability.
* Coach and advise hiring managers and HR teams on recruitment best practice to ensure compliance with the recruitment process.
* Drive an engaging and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Ensure all recruitment activity complies with company policies and UK employment legislation.
* Continuously review and enhance the recruitment process and attraction strategies, identifying opportunities to improve employer branding via a range of initiatives.
About You
* Proven experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role (essential).
* Demonstrable experience of direct sourcing and headhunting passive candidates (essential).
* Experience recruiting for office‑based or professional roles (essential).
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability (essential).
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies within a fast‑paced environment (essential).
* Good understanding of recruitment best practice and selection methodologies (essential).
* Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR systems (desirable).
* Knowledge of UK employment legislation relevant to recruitment (desirable).
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and market mapping techniques (desirable).
* Experience in implementing assessment tools or frameworks (desirable).
