What You'll Lead
• Quality Management System to ISO 9001
• Health & Safety framework aligned to ISO 45001
• Environmental Management System to ISO 14001
• Internal/external audits, NCRs & CAPA
• Risk assessments, incident investigations & safety training
• Continuous improvement across fabrication & production
What You Bring
• QHSE leadership experience in fabrication, engineering, or manufacturing
• Strong ISO knowledge (9001 / 14001 / 45001)
• Confidence influencing at all levels — from shop floor to senior team
• A proactive, practical approach to embedding best practice
• NEBOSH / IOSH / Lead Auditor qualifications are a bonus
