Support client retention and growth through annual reviews and daily portfolio management.
Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve processes.
Maintain accurate forecasting and sales tracking to support smarter decision-making.
Manage borrower requests that impact credit risk to protect the bank’s position.
Enhance customer experience by encouraging feedback and driving service improvements.
Who You Are
You are commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and motivated by building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. A background in commercial or development lending is a plus, but attitude and ambition are most important.
