We’re looking for a Business Development Sales Professional to join our welcoming and high-performing sales team. Whether you’re based in London or Bournemouth, you’ll be part of a supportive environment where ambition is encouraged, and success is shared. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the full sales journey — from first conversations to welcoming new customers. Build rapport with B2B decision-makers and uncover their unique need s. Deliver confident, value-led product demonstrations and proposals. Help businesses see the difference Hubexo can make — through tailored insights and real results. Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships that reflect our brand values. Record key insights and activity using Salesforce to support your pipeline and reporting. What We’re Looking For: Experience in B2B sales. A communicator who builds trust through empathy and insight. Confidence in presenting and product demonstration. Organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow. Experience in technology, SaaS, or construction sectors is welcome — but not essential.
