Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: £48,000
Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
The InVictus Group is recruiting for a Supervisor who is seeking a new opportunity to work on a prestigious contract in Manchester based in an exciting building. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 4 engineers and ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard. You will be required to ensure all PPM's and Reactive duties are completed and checked and report any arising issues back to senior management.
Responsibilities
* Supervise a team of 4 engineers
* Respond to all enquiries on site promptly
* Carry out maintenance repair work and ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs
* Follow planned preventative procedures and reporting any arising issues to the contract manager
* Ensure good relationships with clients and external customers
* Perform rectification of defects, ensuring all safety and performance standards are met in accordance with the contract
Requirements
* Supervisory / Lead experience
* Excellent client facing skills
* Be able to provide references
* City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation
