Assistant Support Worker - Arch House
Part-time (22.5 hours) and Full-time (37.5 hours) available
Hourly Rate: £12.60
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Arch House, a warm and welcoming 4-bedroom supported living service, is home to four adults with learning disabilities and social care needs. We provide 24-hour care tailored to individuals with a range of support requirements, including epilepsy, dementia, autistic tendencies, and behaviours that may challenge.
We are currently seekingcompassionate, confident, and competent Assistant Support Workers to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will support service users with personal hygiene, medication administration, attending health appointments, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and engaging with the local community. You’ll also play a key role in managing and escalating emergency situations with calm professionalism.
About You
No previous experience in care? No problem! We provide a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
