A Bit About What You Will Do Finance Assistants in our team play a crucial role in ensuring we process financial transactions accurately and timely, helping the hotel achieve optimum performance and meet credit targets. Support Finance Supervisor with daily tasks including accounts payable and receivable, and expense management. Conduct daily payment reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies. Ensure invoices are correct and sent out promptly. Monitor credit limits for all outstanding accounts. Ensure timely collections of outstanding payments. Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes. Maintain accuracy and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed. More about you Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English. A smart and professional appearance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
