You’ll lead global transformation across packaging and devices, sustainability, and value engineering, driving excellence and innovation across our supply chain.You’ll be the driving force behind packaging transformation—simplifying, innovating, and elevating our approach. You’ll bring global expertise to the organisation, solve complex challenges, and deliver step-change improvements.You’ll lead our Global Packaging and Global Production Artwork activities, oversee systems like CH Pack and CHAMPS, and set global standards. You’ll also spearhead process and system improvements around the product—such as packaging sustainability data reporting and product catalogues.You’ll lead the Value Engineering program (from ideation to execution), collaborating with Commercial, Procurement, and R&D to deliver Gross Margin enhancement across Business Units. You’ll focus on complex, cross-BU VE initiatives that drive year-on-year cost savings.You’ll be the primary Supply Chain partner to the Enterprise Sustainability team, confirming execution roadmaps and leading sustainability improvement projects to reduce material usage—plastic, foil, paper—and help us meet our packaging sustainability targets.You’ll ensure packaging capability across QSC globally, with BU packaging resources matrixed into your team to drive packaging mastery. You’ll also be a key partner to R&D Packaging.**What you’ll be responsible for*** Delivering Supply Chain Packaging Transformation focused on simplification and driving top and bottom-line benefits in collaboration with R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain partners.* Building QSC global packaging expertise and acting as the key interface between R&D Packaging and Business Units.* Defining and executing global platform sustainability priorities and roadmaps in collaboration with the Enterprise Sustainability Team and stakeholders.* Leading the Value Engineering strategy and roadmap across short, medium, and long-term horizons to ensure global cost reduction.* Executing VE opportunities with cross-functional teams in R&D, Commercial, and QSC, influencing senior Commercial leaders.* Creating business cases and securing funding and resources to deliver packaging transformation, sustainability, and VE benefits.* Building packaging, sustainability, and VE capability across the organisation and rolling out best practices to Business Units.* Owning governance for Packaging, Sustainability, and Value Engineering global savings at QSC LT level.* Leading serialisation execution and managing service and issue resolution.* Leading the global production artwork team and driving continuous improvement to achieve best-in-class performance.***Qualifications and skills***Essential* At least 10 years of experience in supply chain operational roles or packaging product development roles in FMCH, FMCG, or pharma.* Packaging related experience in SC or R&D* Experience in operational site leadership roles and across more than one supply chain function – Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Technical, Quality* Proven experience and delivery of Cost Savings projects of substantive value in regional / global roles* Financial acumen to analyse complex data across the supply chain and combine with variables to identify cost saving opportunities* Exposure to Commercial category / markets to be able to quickly understand and evaluate impact of VE ideas on consumers / trade and develop effective approval strategies for the ideas* Developing strategies in supply chain* Understanding of the product development & registration processes & timelines* Experience of leading multiple cross functional projects in matrix organisationPreferred* MBA or post graduate supply chain qualificationThe future of everyday health is changing.
