Manual Machine Operator Location: Chesterfield The Role Inspire Resourcing Ltd are looking for Manual Machine Operators to work with conventional workshop machinery to produce precision metal components. This is a hands‑on role using levers, handwheels, and mechanical controls. You’ll manufacture parts from technical drawings, check dimensions, and maintain high quality standards. Full training is provided on capstan lathes, hydraulic presses, thread‑tapping machines, and our internal processes. This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, has good attention to detail, and is interested in engineering or manufacturing. It’s also ideal for those seeking a long‑term, stable career.
