The role offers regular shifts Monday to Friday with a chance of becoming permanent after a 12 weeks trial period. There is opportunity for overtime when available which is paid at an increased rate. Hours & Pay Rate for the General Operative:
* £12.21 per standard hours
* £16.00 per hour after 39 hours
* £16.00 per hour weekends and bank holidays
* Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30
* Friday 08:00-15:30
Duties for the General Operative include:
* Working within the Carpet industry
* Managing the machines
* Beaming and Creeling
* Picking and packing
* Loading and unloading
