Key Responsibilities
* Lecturer on a range of Engineering Courses (Mechanical/Electrical).
* Assess learners against identified frameworks.
* Keep accurate records of learners’ progress in college and the workplace.
Key Person Specification Requirements
* Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
* Assessor Qualification (TAQA/A1 or equivalent) or commitment to work towards it.
* Verifier Award (or commitment to work towards it).Proven experience in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing).
* Teacher trained (PGCE, DTLLS or CertEd) or willingness to work towards it.
* Proven experience in the Engineering industry.
* Experience of CNC.
* Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment.
* Up-to-date occupational experience.
* Enhanced DBS check.
