Red Orca Legal Recruitment assisting a leading international law firm with the hire of a TMT Senior Associate in London.

The role
You will advise on a high-quality mix of transactional and regulatory matters, including:
* Technology, data, sourcing and telecoms transactions
* Cyber security, data privacy, AI and online safety
* Complex, multi-jurisdictional matters with an international dimension

About you
* 4+ years’ PQE in commercial and technology matters
* Experience gained at a leading international, national or in-house legal team
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills across technology and commercial contracts and/or
* Regulatory experience in data protection, AI, cyber, telecoms or online safety
* Commercial, organised and confident managing multiple matters
