As an outgoing, dynamic, inquisitive individual who thrives on building lasting relationships and driven to provide world class customer service you will achieve sales targets by managing relationships of existing customers while selling additional Körber products and services. You will represent the customers' interests within KSCUK, working across the internal teams, ensuring that all relevant departments share, understand and support the Account Strategy. Taking an active role in the sales team you will attend regular review meetings, with customers, internal sales and solutions delivery teams, prepare sales reports, and make full use of Salesforce CRM database to record all sales activity and maintain current information on your install base. Responsibilities Deliver the assigned revenue and profit margin targets. Create account plans and strategy development for a defined group of existing customers to sell additional products and services. Identify new business opportunities while promoting and selling consumables and accessories. Where appropriate, on larger, more complex deals, work in tandem with Account Business Development team or the New Business Team. Manage business relationships with customers, representing their interests within the business and representing Körber's' interests when customer-facing. Develop and nurture a network of executive level contacts across Operations, Distribution, Finance, IT departments. Maintain a high level of Körber solution knowledge to compete when necessary. Understand your customers, your competitors. Experience and Qualifications Relevant experience in the supply chain, retail, and logistics industries. Telephone based sales or sales internship. Degree in supply chain logistics a plus. Skills/Behaviours Required Sales Experience. Demonstrate knowledge and experience of the consultative, solutions-led sales cycle. Customer-oriented, with a passion to offer great service, backed up by the desire and ability to respond to customer needs in a professional and timely manner. Ability to challenge customers and lead the business agenda. Fluent in English with strong communication skills, great phone manner, confident presentation skills and ability to construct logical, credible winning arguments. Initiative to develop new opportunities. Commercial awareness of ROI models, margin analysis & cost justification statements A positive, can-do approach to challenges and complexity. Good working knowledge MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Sales Force CRM. An organised approach to work, with good prioritisation / time management skills and a disciplined approach / methodology to managing and developing your accounts.
