Role Overview:
Bradleys Bar is seeking a dynamic Bar Manager to oversee all operations, ensuring top-notch service and efficiency. As a Bar Manager, you will lead staff, maintain high standards, and implement procedures to maximize operating efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Revenue Maximization: Create an environment that boosts revenue.
* Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
* Food & Beverage Standards: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
* Bar Display: Monitor and enhance bar display for functionality and attractiveness.
* Reporting: Provide weekly reports to the Operations Manager.
* Meetings: Attend weekly Food & Beverage meetings.
* Stadium Kiosks: Manage kiosks to ensure operational and cleanliness standards.
* Audio-Visual Equipment: Ensure all equipment is in working order.
* Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage Bradleys staff.
* Scheduling: Organize and adjust staff rotas and schedules.
* Inventory Control: Collaborate with the Inventory Controller to maintain stock levels.
* Cleanliness & Safety: Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
* Cash Management: Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures.
About You:
* Experience: Proven management experience in a similar operation.
* Customer Service: Strong customer service record.
* Food & Wine Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of food and wine.
* Cellar Management: Expertise in cellar management.
* Business Principles: Understanding of business management principles and practices.
* EPOS Applications: Familiarity with EPOS applications.
* Skills: Strong decision-making, coaching, problem-solving, organizing, planning, resource allocation, and attention to detail.
* Team Player: Ability to work well in a team
