About the Role
The Wilf Ward Family Trust is seeking a Health, Safety and Property Compliance Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our Health & Safety and Property functions.
Working closely with the Strategic Lead for Health & Safety, the Property Team, operational colleagues, and external contractors, you will help ensure the Trust meets its statutory and regulatory responsibilities across health, safety, and property compliance.
Key Responsibilities
The Health, Safety and Property Compliance Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of planned and reactive administrative activities, including (but not limited to):
1. Completing administration tasks as requested by the Health & Safety and Property leads
2. Monitoring the Safety & Housing email inbox, allocating actions appropriately and filing documentation within compliance systems
3. Maintaining and supporting an approved contractors list in collaboration with the Health & Safety Lead, Property Team, Service Managers, and external contractors
4. Liaising with external contractors to monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements, including Fire Safety and Legionella audits, and escalating non-compliance where required
