The R&D Leadership Development Program for Laboratory Diagnostics (R&D LDP) is a two-year rotational program. During the two years the participants will be exposed to different areas of the business taking on new challenging projects, building on and developing technical capabilities, networking and enhancing leadership skills.
What is the R&D LDP for Assay Development?
The assay development track is designed to prepare you for a career in Assay Development, R&D by providing diverse technical and leadership experiences. The assay development track is a two-year program that consists of two 12-month rotational assignments within different R&D functions/geographic locations that will provide a holistic experience across R&D and help you in successfully transitioning to a specialized role within Assay Development after graduating from the program. You will gain experience in the lifecycle of in vitro diagnostic assay development from the concept phase through commercialization and product support. You will receive mentoring from senior leaders within Assay Development, gain access to and network with Siemens senior decision-makers and key leaders, and learn what it is like to work as part of a company that is solving global challenges.
