This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team within a specialist setting that supports girls aged 11-16 with a range of needs, including:
* High anxiety
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* ADHD
* Attachment difficulties and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
* Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
* Learning difficulties and complex needs
Role and Responsibilities
We are looking to appoint an experienced or aspiring Teaching Assistant to support students across the curriculum. You\'ll play a vital role in removing barriers to learning, helping pupils to regulate emotions, engage in education, and develop confidence and independence.
This role will involve working one-to-one and in small groups, supporting both academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with young people with SEMH, SEND, or in a care/support setting (preferred but not essential)
* Calm, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships
* Flexible and proactive with a team-first attitude
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
