Your Mission
We are expanding into new markets and we’re looking for an Expansion Analyst to join us on this exciting journey. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside our team, supporting and driving projects that bring Teya’s services to new communities across Europe.
You will step into a fast-paced, hands-on role where your analytical skills and problem-solving mindset will drive real impact. Working across multiple teams, you’ll help keep projects aligned and moving forward. From researching new markets, testing products, to contributing to seamless go-to-market executions. You will play an important role in building the foundation for future growth.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a bias for action.
Key Responsibilities:
* Help align cross-functional teams on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for market launches.
* Support weekly meetings, launch kick-offs, and progress tracking through internal reports.
* Help develop and refine scalable, repeatable processes for expansion — making each new launch better than the last.
* Investigate customer behaviors, competitive landscapes, pricing trends, and market dynamics to shape strategy.
* Assist in defining hypotheses, executing local market tests, and reviewing the impact of experiments.
* Collaborate with partnerships and sales teams to explore upsell opportunities and shape localized sales materials.
* Support localization of our brand, messaging, and product experience in each new market.
* Track post-launch results and gather structured feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Your Story
* A proactive and driven self-starter with a sense of ownership.
* Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple deliverables simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
* Comfortable working with a high number of stakeholders across different functions, aligning expectations and ensuring clear communication.
* A curious mindset - always looking to understand why things work and how to make them better.
* Data literacy — comfortable analysing trends and drawing insights (basic Excel/Google Sheets or SQL a plus).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Fluent in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
