Are you a recent construction graduate, a bridge design professional ready for the next step, or interested in pivoting into a commercial project role? Lifespan Structures (part of the Centura Group Ltd) wants to hear from you!
We are a growing team delivering innovative FRP composite bridge solutions that are sustainable, lightweight, and built for the future.
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Project Manager to oversee projects from concept to completion, develop strong customer relationships, and build supply chain connections.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing projects from early-stage concept through to supply and delivery
* Liaising with clients, supply chain partners, and design teams
* Creating and delivering technical proposals, pricing, and project documentation
* Supporting marketing, tendering, and business development
* Coordinating installations and ensuring project quality and performance
Requirements:
* A strong interest in infrastructure and construction innovation
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A desire to grow both commercially and technically
* Familiarity with or willingness to learn about DMRB, CUR96, and FRP systems
* Ideally, a qualification suitable for a Level 4/6 apprenticeship (training support if needed)
