We are looking for an ambitious self-starter with drive, passionate about customer-centric problem solving, and eager to increase Oracle's footprint through consultative selling. Responsibilities
* Ensure the success of Oracle’s customers by focusing on deployment, usage, and expansion of Applications.
* Build and execute a demand generation plan for your territory.
* Manage your pipeline to meet monthly quotas and keep systems updated.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle SaaS cloud solutions and industry trends.
* Liaise with Oracle and partner ecosystem to resolve customer issues.
* Educate customers on Oracle Applications strategy and new features.
* Position Oracle’s value proposition to clients and ensure they realize the value of their solutions.
* Build C-level relationships and assist in change management programs.
* Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers’ senior executives.
Additional Responsibilities
* Use internal tools to manage and forecast sales.
* Research industry trends and communicate insights.
* Create value propositions tailored to customers.
* Design customer-focused solutions.
* Produce accurate forecasts and maintain effective relationships with other Oracle LOBs.
* Establish and maintain contractual agreements and regular contact with accounts.
* Operate in line with Oracle's business processes and deliver customer presentations.
Required Skills/Experience
* Experience selling SaaS, Cloud solutions, or consulting services.
* Knowledge of Oracle Applications products is advantageous.
* Strong analytical and consultative selling skills.
* Ability to reframe customer perspectives and influence decision makers.
* Passion for digital trends and industry implications.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Experience leveraging social media for business development.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Fluent in the local language and English.
