The Michelin Starred and Four Rosette Olive Tree Restaurant, located within the stylish Queensberry Hotel in Upper Bath, is actively looking for a driven Chef De partie or Senior Chef De Partie to work in our main kitchen or Pastry section .
The ideal candidate will be an essential part of our journey towards a world-class dining experience
Salary: Please note we do not charge a service charge.

Senior Chef De Partie £33,201.
Yearly granuarity/tips are paid 30 days from the end of the month. Works out to be Approximately about £2000-£2500 a year.

Details of Olive tree Restaurant:
· · Dinner 6-9pm (Tuesday to Sunday)
· · Lunch 12:30-2pm (Friday to Sunday )
· · Closed Mondays (only breakfast and room service served )
· · Closed 3 weeks of the year ( 1 week January,1 week April,1 week November) breakfast and room service still covered 7 days a week whilst closed.
· · 1 breakfast shift a week. (6;45-3pm) when 3days off not available
· · You are contracted to 2 days off, 5 working days. But, We aim to give 3 DAYS OFF A WEEK, Working 48 hours over the 4 working days.
Essentials:
· Previous Michelin star experience preferred, but will consider all options.
· Previous CDP or senior CDP experience essential
· Proven ability to lead and manage a team of chefs
· Creative approach to your work with exceptional attention to detail.
· Confidence in serving guests to help create an unforgettable experience.
· Experience in overseeing health and safety compliances.
· Calm and professional work ethic.
