Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Merton

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join schools in Merton. The successful candidate will support pupils across the classroom, assist teachers with learning activities, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
* Assist with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
* Support pupils with additional needs (SEN) when required
* Encourage and motivate pupils to achieve their potential
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children in a school setting (desirable)
* A genuine passion for supporting young learners
* Right to Work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
