The Role
The Aftersales and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the sales, service, engineering and spare parts teams and will effectively organise and control after‑sales activities. The compensation for this role is £33K‑£38K plus bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities
* Process all after‑sales enquiries, including producing quotations, ordering spare parts, chasing suppliers and allocating resources.
* Manage and control spare parts in line with technical specifications.
* Assist with online marketing campaigns, website and online brochure updates.
* Coordinate installations, resource allocation and logistics, providing project management support.
* Monitor performance and produce accurate KPI reports.
* Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in after‑sales or marketing, ideally with exposure to engineering or manufacturing.
* Highly organised with strong customer service and communication skills.
* Confident, technically minded, with excellent organisational abilities.
* Computer literate, with experience supporting online marketing, uploading images, and producing web‑based marketing and technical brochures.
Hours of Work
Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week.
