Our New Homes team are looking to hire a Site Sales Representative for our new homes site based in Botesdale, Suffolk, supporting our client, Bennett Homes.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the sales office and development including the required administration and sales process.

What you’ll be doing:
* Meeting and greeting all visitors to the Marketing Suite.
* Dealing with clients and applicants on the telephone and face‑to‑face.
* Dealing with all requests for property details.
* Arranging and undertaking viewings with applicants.
* Negotiating sales with purchasers whilst seeing sales through to completion – liaising with the client as required.
* Ensuring all viewing arrangement details are kept up‑to‑date, and property files stocked with sets of sales particulars.
* Carrying out local market research in relation to local competition – this could include visits to local competing new homes sites.
* Carrying out telephone calls to competing sites.
* Producing detailed monthly reports to Head of New Homes on pro‑formas provided.
* Assisting/overseeing (depending on experience) the property sales and progress.
* Completing weekly sales reports summarising activity.
About you:
* Previous New Homes sales experience and knowledge is essential.
* Excellent interpersonal skills – a competent communicator with individuals across all levels.
* Understanding of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel & OneNote.
* Familiarisation with internal databases.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Ability to multi‑task, prioritise and deal with a varied, ever‑changing workload.
