Salary: £23,809 plus additional sleep-in allowance

Your Role Will Include:
Delivering personal care and tailored daily support
Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing
Supporting community involvement and social activities
Acting as a key worker and advocate for individuals
Collaborating with families and external professionals
Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environmentWhat We're Looking For:
Experience supporting vulnerable adults
Level 1 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
Basic IT and communication skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
