What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for operation of heat treatment ovens, Hardness testing and cycle verification.
Responsibilities:
1. Degreasing Components
2. Running Heat Treatment Ovens
3. Running Drop Quench Ovens
4. Hardness Testing
5. Cycle Verification
6. TPM
7. EH&S
You will be trained in all the necessary disciplines of all matrix manufacturing operations including heat transfer matrix build and EH&S
The applicant must be prepared to work shifts (AM/PM/Nights) when required.

Qualifications We Prefer
10. Recognized engineering apprenticeship, e.g., City & Guilds level 2 or equivalent.
11. Good level of numeracy and literacy.
12. Manufacturing industry experience
13. Working to high level of accuracy
14. Attention to detail.
15. Flexible and adaptable to work shifts when required.
16. Commitment to continuous improvement
17. Possesses the necessary enthusiasm, drive and desire to succeed and discipline to achieve significant results for the organisation.
18. To ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety and Environmental policies.
19. Must be an excellent team player and confident communicator at all levels.
20. Ability to work calmly under pressure.
21. Experience in a heat treatment background
