Job Description
* Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
* Support the preparation of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Monitor and update accounts payable and receivable.
* Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Provide financial data and reports to assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
* Handle general financial queries and provide administrative support as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
* Proven experience with Payroll and Purchase Ledger
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn within a team setting.
