We are currently in a phase of huge international expansion as we aim to bring super-fast convenient e-commerce to customers, building on our success in China where we serve over 600 million people every year. We aren't just growing; we are redefining how the world trades, take a look at our new European retail platform, Joybuy, to see this growth first hand!

We are launching the International TET programme (iTET) to find our next generation of future leaders who can adapt the JD DNA to new markets and help shape the future of global e-commerce.


Programme

The iTET is a high-speed leadership accelerator. You'll start with 5 months of learning about our business heritage & strategy then step into a hands on role in Joybuy or Joylogistics to catapult your growth. Over 3 years we'll support you with the development and experiences you need to progress quickly through the business into senior leadership positions.

You’ll gain deep operational and commercial mastery, stepping into key areas like Category or Warehouse Management as you scale our global footprint. We value humility to learn and encourage you to embrace every environment and opportunity, as it is key to success and echos our approach to leadership.

The programme is hands on, with real expectations, but it comes with great rewards.


Experience & Benefits

Salary & Benefits: £70,000 + 15% Annual Bonus + Daily Lunch Allowance + Joybuy Plus Membership

Rotational Exposure: Impactful stints across our Retail, Logistics, Property, Industrials businesses complemented by time in with our Strategy and Business Development teams too.

Elite Mentorship: Direct access to CEO & Managing Director level mentors and professional coaching.

Community-First Learning: 5 days per week in-office (London) initially to accelerate your network and learning, with increased flexibility as you progress. We are an inclusive employer and are committed to supporting flexible working requirements where appropriate and possible.

Location: For the first 5 months you’ll be primarily based in London at our International HQ, with time spent at one of our logistics sites and opportunity to visit our Group HQ in Beijing, China too. After your initial rotations there's opportunity to continue to work in the UK or explore international opportunities in France, Germany, South Korea or the Netherlands.


What makes a great TET Graduate?

We are looking for current students and recent graduates studying in supply chain, technology or business related subjects. Alongside your studies you’ll also need to have:

* Fluency in English (C1 level): We do not require Chinese Mandarin language skills.
* We also welcome applications from Korean-speaking students.
* Humility: Rolling up your sleeves and learning from the ground up in warehouse and office settings is essential to understanding JD.com.
* Agile Mindset: You don't just survive change; you thrive on it. You possess a Growth Mindset, viewing every challenge as a way to learn and you're willing to put the effort in to drive results.
* Team Collaborator: Bring your passion for teamwork to make things happen. We need leaders who bring people together, set the standard and celebrate collectively.
* Owner Mindset: Known for being the person to 'get stuff done', you take initiative, act with integrity, and always put the customer first.
* Internationally Mobile: You are a global citizen, open to exploring new cultures and excited by the possibility to living or working in another country in the future.


Sponsorship

This role is based in the UK (London) with potential rotations in France, Germany, South Korea or the Netherlands. Candidates must have the indefinite right to work in at least one of four countries.

Selection Process

1. Apply & Review
2. Online Assessment: Values, behavior, and aptitude.
3. First Stage Interview: 45 minutes online with HR and Business Managers
4. Second Stage Interview: 30 minutes online with HR Leader, Director or Regional CEO
5. The Final Stage: Interview with our International CEO and HR Leaders.
6. Offer: Secured by June 2026.
