Position Overview
The Game Commercialization Manager is responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling monetization strategies for game products. This role focuses on revenue model development, pricing optimization, user segmentation, and data-driven experimentation to support sustainable growth across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and optimize game revenue models, payment structures, and in-game item systems
* Monitor key monetization metrics such as conversion rates, ARPU, LTV, and user spending behavior
* Optimize pricing strategies, item bundles, and promotional mechanics based on data insights
* Collaborate with product, operations, and BI teams to implement diverse monetization scenarios
* Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to propose innovative commercialization approaches
* Establish and manage monetization testing frameworks, including A/B testing and controlled experiments
* Evaluate promotional effectiveness and continuously refine monetization strategies
Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in game monetization, commercialization operations, or related product roles
* Leadership or management experience in monetization or product teams
* Strong understanding of iGaming, online gaming, or other high-monetization game business models
* Solid knowledge of revenue metrics, pricing frameworks, and user segmentation models
* Strong data analysis skills and experience with experimental design and performance evaluation
* Professional proficiency in English and Chinese, suitable for cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with RFM models, A/B testing, or other user behavior analysis frameworks
* Background in community operations or KOL (Key Opinion Leader) collaboration
* Experience designing monetization strategies for global or multi-market products
