Cleaning Working Supervisor
Shift Times are 4pm until 10pm Monday to Thursday & Friday 11.30am until 4.30pm 30 Hours per week
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Working Supervisor who will work at our client's prestigious site.
This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with great leadership skills as well as passion for cleaning and for people and likes to be hands-on.
Duties as a Cleaning Working Supervisor
* Assist Area Manager and Remote Manager on cleaning operation for the site
* Sweeping and Mopping of Assembly Lines
* Wiping of Assembly Lines
* Manage and maintain cleaning equipment to high standards
* Keep a check of cleaning materials and providing the manager with order requirements on a monthly basis
* Provide handover reports to Managers and client on a Weekly basis
* Prioritise health and safety at all levels
* Train, induct and supervise the work of cleaning operatives
* Hand's on and prepared to help, guide and support operatives to achieve required service levels
* Endorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site
* Cleaning working supervisor will provide feedback to the Cleaning Team in relation to their performance and service levels
* Ensure the smooth delivery of exceptional cleaning and related services
* Comply with the Company accident reporting procedure and assist promptly and accurately in the completion of all relevant documentation/Report any issues to Manager or Remote Manager
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with key client
* Report any building faults to the Facilities team via the use of TTs ( company ticket system) and apply signage as appropriate
* Escalate incidents or areas of concern to the Area Manager
* Constantly project a professional image of the company by being an ambassador of Noonan's PRIDE values: Professionalism, Respect, Innovation, Determination and Excellence
Job role requirements as a Cleaning Working Supervisor
* Minimum three years of Supervisor or Team Leader experience(Cleaning industry preferable)
* Must have a good understanding of industrial cleaning and great communication skills to support cleaning operatives
* Must have experience in corporate environment
* Highly flexible hand's on attitude with a demonstrated willingness to take on a responsible approach to any issues
* Excellent communication skills
* Organisational and time-management skills
* Be a team player with the ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships
* Comfortable working alone and in a team
* Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
