The key purpose of the role is to helpstudents develop their academic, social and emotional skills in order to fullyaccess and be successful within the school's curriculum and wider activities. The successful candidate will: Havea strong academic background or alternatively a strong track record of workingwith young people or secondary school children. Anengaging and positive individual who is able to interact with children withSEN/Social Emotional Mental Health needs. Havethe ability to provide support to children who have varying learning abilities. Havethe ability to think on your feet, good negotiation skills are imperative inthis role.
