The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Basic (Depending on experience and qualifications).
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Zero weekend work).

What You Will Be Doing
* Routine Servicing: Carrying out high-quality maintenance and multi-point vehicle health checks.
* Core Maintenance: Handling brakes, suspension, exhausts, and tyre fitting with precision.
* MOT Prep: Performing thorough inspections to ensure vehicles are ready for MOT testing.
* Efficiency: Maintaining a tidy bay and ensuring all work is documented accurately.
* Teamwork: Working alongside our senior technicians to maintain a smooth workshop flow.
Are You The One?
* Qualifications: You are NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualified (or equivalent).
* Experience: You have at least 1–2 years of professional experience in a workshop or service centre.
* Mindset: You are reliable, efficient, and take pride in delivering a high standard of service.
* License: You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
* Ambition: You are keen to develop your skills in a professional, independent environment.
