As a Live-In Care Professional, you will provide round-the-clock care and support to our clients in their homes. This unique role involves residing with the client for extended periods, typically on a rotational basis. You will assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
* Earning from £925 (paid weekly), depending on client needs, includes £50 weekly meal allowance.
* Travel expenses up to £50 paid for to and from placements.
* Weekly in-person support and supervision in the client’s home from our dedicated care managers.
* 'Out of hours' support in case of emergencies.
* 28 days of paid holiday.
* Regular shifts.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Providing compassionate and personalised care to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
* Assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
* Administering medications as directed and maintaining medication schedules.
* Planning and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
* Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up living spaces.
* Engaging clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote socialisation and well-being.
* Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
