Pay and Benefits
* A starting salary of £27,955, moving to £36,261 after three years, with an annual company bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities
* Telephone based role, making inbound and outbound calls throughout the day for a portfolio of customer accounts
* Demonstrate understanding of customers’ financial situations and the complexity of finance agreements, making sound decisions for good outcomes
* Excellent communication with customers, explaining payment plans and other financial matters
