Description
You’ll be the creative heart of the Menswear Nightwear & Loungewear range, turning the latest global trends into "must-have" pieces our customers love, while translating high-level briefs into commercial, budget‑friendly designs that never compromise on style. You’ll work at pace, creating new and innovative designs as part of the critical path across the range.
Responsibilities
* Lead the creative vision for the Menswear Loungewear & Nightwear range, identifying key trends in colour, shape, and fabric.
* Design with agility, turning fresh ideas into customer‑ready products at high street speed.
* Balance style and value, ensuring each piece is aspirational and budget‑friendly.
* Collaborate with Buyers, Merchandisers, and Tech teams to ensure designs are technically sound and on schedule.
* Own the process from mood board to final product, keeping the range consistent and popular.
Qualifications & Skills
* Passion for fabric feel and detail, with an eye for selection of jersey blends and design features.
* Creative agility – spotting lifestyle trends and translating them into wearable designs in a relaxed, modern aesthetic.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and seasonal ranges.
* Collaborative spirit, clear communication and teamwork with buyers and tech teams.
* Commercial savvy, balancing high‑end comfort with high street reality.
* Relevant design experience or a degree in a related field, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
