Your role:
You will be working with a group of learners as they progress their journey on the 12 Week Team programme. From recruitment of learners to the end of programme you will be working closely with a Team Manager and other GMFRS staff to provide an engaging, challenging fun programme designed to inspire and motivate young people 16-25.
Based in Stockport, you will be at one of our long standing team locations at the heart of a community serving Tameside, East Manchester and Glossop.
About you:
You will have experience of delivering portfolio based learning programme
Project planning and budget monitoring
Standardisation and quality assurance process
Practical experience of safeguarding vulnerable young people and adults
Supporting training and education for learners from a range of backgrounds
Have D1 driving qualification is desirable
Full UK Driving Licence is essential
Able to attend 3 residential programmes (3-4 nights each programme) per academic year.
Ability to work GM wide
