What you will do: * Deliver statutory duties for children on Child in Need, Child Protection, and Child in Care Plans * Provide high-quality safeguarding services for children with disabilities at risk of harm * Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary professionals working with families * Support families through needs assessments and Short Breaks Provisions where appropriate * Assist families with All Age Continuing Care Assessments * Uphold young people's rights through Mental Capacity Assessments and Court of Protection applications, with training support * Guide families through the Tribunal Processes Requirements: * To join this dynamic team, you will need a social work qualification and SWE registration. * While disabilities experience is preferred, we welcome applications from all committed social workers. * A car owner or access to a car for business use is essential. * Senior Social Workers should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, but social workers with less than 3 years of experience will also be considered.
