Anaplan is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate UX Researcher to join us in our York office, to advocate for and drive user-centred design processes. Now is an exciting time to join our global User Experience team of 20 designers and researchers and contribute as a member of our Global Product and Technology organisation, with offices in London, York, San Francisco, and New York. The UX team is responsible for advocating for the user experience across our ecosystem. We facilitate data-driven decisions through understanding user needs and problems and evaluating solutions. Our goal is to drive customer delight and that ‘aha’ moment for our users when they see & experience the possibilities of Anaplan.
Your primary role will be to derive deep insights about our users’ behaviours, wants and needs and effectively communicate those findings by telling compelling stories and building empathy. You will do this by collecting and analysing research data and working with teams to make sure that what is learned is applied to our products and services. We are committed to not only sharing our users’ stories, but also delivering real change as the result of our work – running workshops and collaborative sessions to inspire action will be a key part of this role.
